このシステムには、ラインスキャンカメラ、RGBフロントライト、強力なバックライト、リニアステージ、高解像度の光学系、そしてカスタマイズされたマシンビジョンアプリケーションが組み込まれており、メタルストリップのミクロンレベルでの寸法測定や、各表面の微小な傷やピンホールの有無を検査することが可能です。

超高精密解析

このシステムは微小なピンホールを測定することが可能な一方、広い範囲を光学的な歪みをほとんど気にせず高解像度で撮影することもできます。カスタマイズされた照明は高コントラストで最適な照明を実現し、カスタムメイドのプログラムが強力なマシンビジョンアルゴリズムを使用して、医療用途で最も重要な形状・欠陥を自動的に検出・測定します。
